Professional Background

In 2010, Dr. Duvdevani completed an advanced fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Prosper Hospital in Germany, one of the world’s leading centers for reconstructive and corrective surgery of the nose, face, and auricle.
His fellowship included combined medical and aesthetic rhinoplasty, reconstructive nasal surgery, revision rhinoplasty, septal perforation repair, aesthetic facial surgery, correction of congenital deformities, auricular reconstruction, creation of the external auditory canal, and microvascular surgery.

In 2019, Dr. Duvdevani made a groundbreaking achievement, becoming the first Israeli specialist to successfully complete all stages of the international board examination of the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS) in Washington, D.C.

In 2020, Dr. Duvdevani established and currently directs Israel’s first international fellowship program in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

In the same year, he founded the Tissue Engineering Research Laboratory at Sheba Medical Center.
The laboratory conducts advanced research and international collaborations leading to groundbreaking scientific discoveries, published in leading global journals.

Also in 2020, he founded the Israeli Society for Reconstructive Surgery of the Face and Neck within the Israeli Association of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and currently serves as its chairman.

Dr. Duvdevani has authored scientific publications in leading medical journals and has presented his work at conferences in Israel and worldwide.
